近期各式釣魚案件頻發，詐騙集團或駭客使用釣魚郵件、釣魚網站獲取用戶的帳號密碼等個人資料。
為此，我們已設置密碼重設後 24 小時內無法提領的安全機制，為用戶建立安全緩衝時間，防止資產遭惡意提領。同時，內部團隊將持續強化系統安全機制以保護用戶資產。
建議您提高警覺，並採行以下防護措施，與我們共同打造更安全的交易環境。
常見攻擊手法包括：
1. 惡意控制用戶電腦後，入侵已註冊信箱並重設平台密碼。
2. 假冒第三方驗證畫面或利用雲端同步驗證器功能，試圖竊取驗證器資料，進而取得帳戶控制權。
3. 透過駭客控制的平台密碼與驗證碼，竊取帳戶資訊及資產。
為保護您的帳戶安全，請務必：
1. 設定高強度密碼：避免使用與個人資訊（如生日、姓名）相關的密碼，並定期更換密碼。
2. 啟用雙重驗證（2FA）：使用專屬的驗證App，並避免開啟驗證器App同步或備份功能。
3. 保持裝置安全：定期掃描電腦與手機是否感染惡意程式，確保設備無惡意程式。
4. 留意釣魚郵件或網站：不點擊可疑郵件或連結，勿提供任何個人資訊。
5. 定期檢查電子郵件：目前已有駭客會將信件「移至垃圾桶」或「標記為垃圾郵件」的手法，讓用戶錯過登入或出金警示。為了您的資產安全，請養成定期查看垃圾郵件匣及檢查信箱過濾設定的習慣。
6. 警覺異常行為：若發現帳戶異常活動，請立即聯繫客服。
